1. Introduction

Welcome to Dubai Glass Interior (dubaiglass.pk). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services, including TV wall panels, designer wallpapers, LED mirrors, glass tables, sliding doors, frosted glass partitions, roller blinds, vertical blinds, and office glass partitions, along with professional measurement and installation services.

By placing an order or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and pay the required advance. For custom-made and made-to-measure products, an advance payment is required before production begins, as stated in your quotation.

3. Custom-Made Products

Most of our glass products are custom-made according to your approved measurements, designs, and finishes. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned, as the products are manufactured specifically for your space.

4. Site Measurement and Installation

Our team provides professional site measurement and installation services. You agree to provide reasonable site access on the scheduled date. Please ensure the installation area is clear and that electricity and water access are available where required. Any delay caused by site unreadiness may result in rescheduling and additional visit charges.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The balance payment for products is due on delivery, and for installation projects on satisfactory completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and other payment methods confirmed at the time of order.

6. Delivery Timelines

Ready products are typically delivered within the timeframe stated at order confirmation. Custom-made products require a production lead time which will be communicated in your quotation. While we make every effort to meet committed timelines, slight variations may occur due to material availability or site conditions.

7. Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation services as stated in your invoice. Hardware, LED fittings, and electrical components carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Glass is a fragile material; once installed and accepted, any breakage due to impact or misuse is the customer’s responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
